Collection: Air filters

The stock filter on the Stihl MS 500i and MS 661 lets through fine dust and fine chips that have no business in the engine. Our foam air filter catches exactly these particles while allowing higher airflow. It is made of open-cell PU foam, held by a sturdy PA6-CF cage, and can be washed and reused again and again.

We strongly recommend treating the filter with No Toil filter oil. The oil is made from bio oil and is biodegradable. With the matching No Toil cleaner you can clean the filter at any time and oil it again afterwards.

The basic idea of the set: oil two filters and always have one as a spare. It is best to keep the second filter in a small zip bag in the vehicle or in your toolbox. When the first one is clogged, you quickly swap it for the fresh one.

Depending on the wood species, we expect a service life of 60 to 80 operating hours before the filter should be cleaned.
