Feedback
Your feedback counts – and makes the difference!
When developing and testing my components, I rely primarily on my own experience and requirements as a technician. But every product – like the bumper spikes – is used differently from user to user. Whether my solutions work for all users is something I can't judge without your feedback.
That's exactly why your feedback matters so much. The bumper spikes have gone through many changes since their first version – not least thanks to your suggestions and ideas. We're now at Generation 5. Here's a quick overview of the development steps so far:
Gen 1: Material was too soft, browning was uneven
Gen 2: Harder material, switch to powder coating
Gen 3: Adjustment of mounting points for broader model compatibility
Gen 4: Structural change to the lower tip to increase stability
Gen 5: Extended sandblasting for better coating adhesion, further improved material quality with higher tensile strength
These improvements would not have been possible without your feedback. Since Generation 3, I've received consistently positive feedback – yet my own drive to keep improving every product hasn't changed.
So here's my request:
If you notice something, if something doesn't fit, or you have a suggestion for improvement – tell me! That's the only way I can ensure my products work optimally not just for me, but for all of us.
Even if you use special chainsaw models for which there are no matching parts yet – write to me! I'm constantly expanding my range and welcome every tip.
Thank you for taking the time and contributing with your feedback to developing the best accessories for our work in the forest.
