Air filter Stihl MS 500i / MS 661 | Foam filter, oilable and washable

The air filter is made of open-cell PU foam and is designed for the Stihl MS 500i and MS 661. You can wash it, re-oil it and use it again and again. It is matched to the Gearance filter cage, which gives it the support it needs on the inside.

Before installing, soak the foam with filter oil and squeeze out the excess. The filter must then sit tight against the housing all the way around. To clean it, cleaner, water and some time to dry are all you need.
